To establish a body of people of Smethport, Pennsylvania and Area in order to:
- Forward the prosperity of the mercantile, agriculture and manufacturing Community
- Promote the general welfare
- Procure and spread such information as will advance and elevate commercial dealings
Establish and maintain a place for business and social meetings. |
