Several women owning their own small businesses gathered at the Route 6 Diner to discuss business ideas in the Smethport area. Guests present at the meeting provided information about their business and products that they offer.

They also discussed possible new businesses that would enhance Smethport’s business climate, and gave ideas for advertising and marketing initiatives.

The group decided at the initial meeting to remain a permanent association with regular meetings under the guidance of the Smethport Area Chamber of Commerce as the sponsoring organization.
